Full coordination for wedding and reception

• Complimentary initial consultation (Package I and II)
  
• Communicate with the bride and groom via e-mail, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
  
• Meet with the bride and groom to discuss the budget, layout of the wedding, and create a wedding checklist
  
• Meet with the bride and groom to view the wedding and reception facility
  
• Accompany the bride and groom to all vendor appointments
  
• Serve as liaison between the client and the vendor for confirmation and coordination of the day’s events
  
• Assist the bride and groom with mailing out the wedding invitations to family members and guests
  
• Responsible for mailing out appointment reminders to the wedding party
  
• Make hotel reservations for the entire bridal party and out-of-town family members and guests
  
• Responsible for organizing the wedding and reception itinerary with the assistance of the bride and groom
  
• Assist the bride and groom with bringing and taking certain items (i.e., attire, accessories, gifts, etc.) to and from the wedding and reception site
  
• Plan, organize, and direct (full on-site assistance) the rehearsal, wedding, and reception
  
• Assist the bride and groom with wedding and reception set-up and breakdown
